Item must be in original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery of the order.
Notification of goods damaged in transit or order discrepancies must be received within 5 days of date of invoice. Returns must be authorized and have a RGA number. Items for return will be exchanged or credited at our discretion. Returns must be authorized by a Canadian Life Science representative within the limits set out in the company procedures.
Return of customer-specific or non-catalogue product will not generally be accepted unless the items are damaged or defective.
Non-stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and will be deducted from a credit or refund. We also do not refund the original shipping & handling paid on the order, other than shipping & handling as part of a customer complaint.
